Here since 2022.
NexGU has run from Trivandrum since October 2022. Same person, same number, same desk. If you want to sit across a table before you pay anyone, you can.
Close to ten years in IT. Six of them on systems for large companies, the rest building for businesses in Kerala. Large companies get a plan, someone watching after launch, and a name to call. Businesses here rarely get any of it. NexGU started in October 2022 to change that. 120+ of them so far.
Why does technology change everything for a large company and almost nothing for a business two streets away?
We spent about six years working on large corporate IT systems before any of this existed. The work was serious and the systems were real. But the thing that made those projects succeed was never the code. Every one of them had a plan agreed before anybody built, someone watching the system after it went live, backups that were actually tested, and a named person who answered when something broke.
None of that is expensive. It is just arranged.
Trivandrum is full of businesses that never get any of it.
A bakery with a website nobody can edit. A clinic paying a renewal fee every year to a vendor who stopped replying two years ago. An owner who finds out on the day he tries to move that the domain was never in his name.
These are not people who cannot afford good work. They are people nobody stayed with long enough to do it.
NexGU. Next Generation Upgrades.
We settled four things in the first week and have not moved on them since. The price quoted is the price invoiced. Every account is opened in the client's name. One number reaches the person actually doing the work. And we would rather turn down a job than learn on somebody's business.
120+ businesses later, those four are still the entire operating manual.
A large company gets a new system and a report about it. A small business gets a week where the phone rings more. That is the part worth doing.
And there is a moment we have now watched 120+ times. An owner logs into their own hosting account, sees their own name on it, and stops being a tenant on their own website. It has not got old yet.
NexGU has run from Trivandrum since October 2022. Same person, same number, same desk. If you want to sit across a table before you pay anyone, you can.
Six of them at a large IT company, keeping systems running and writing software. The rest building for businesses here. You are not paying someone to learn on your project.
Over a hundred and twenty projects delivered since 2022. Sites, software, and the work that keeps them running after launch. Much of it repeat work for businesses we had already built for once.
Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Monitoring runs all the time, so if the site goes down that gets handled whenever it happens, including a Sunday night. You are not filing a ticket into a queue.
Domain, hosting, code, content and every login, in your name from day one. If you walk away, you take the whole site with you and nothing stops working.
We will put it in your site where it does real work, like answering the same customer question fifty times a day. We will not add it so the site can say it has AI.
The software running your business is free to use and run by millions of people. We only pay for a tool when there is a real gap and nothing free does the job properly. No yearly licence that only we can pay, and any developer can pick your project up if you ever want them to.
You get the same tools large companies run, without the yearly fees they pay for them. Want something added later, you get a number first. Nothing appears on an invoice you have not already seen.
The same four moves as the homepage, in detail. What happens, what you get, and the rule we hold ourselves to at each one.
We go through what you sell, who buys it, and what is not working now. Then we write the plan.
Scope and price in writing before anyone opens an editor.
Nothing starts on a phone call. If the scope changes later, you approve the new number before anyone continues.
We build it. You see something working in the first weeks, then every week after.
A working site, and every login in your name from day one.
We pick tools that will still be maintained in five years over whatever launched last month. Your site should outlive the trend it was built during.
We watch it, fix what breaks, and keep making it better than it was on day one.
Monitoring around the clock and backups on a schedule. Most problems get found before you notice them.
The job is not over at handover. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and outages get handled whenever they happen.
More traffic, more products, more locations. The same system carries it without starting over.
New work added onto what you already paid for, not a new project every two years.
We add, we do not rebuild. A rebuild only gets suggested when it is genuinely cheaper for you than adding to what exists.
You get told what a thing does and what it costs, in words you already use. If a quote needs a glossary, the quote is written wrong.
The person who quotes the job builds the job and supports it afterwards. Nothing gets passed to a stranger halfway through.
Tell us what your business does and what is not working right now. You get a written scope and a fixed price back, and it costs nothing.
